Rates: are based on the number of guests/room sharing and include VAT & breakfast (not redeemable)

Children rate: children up 12 years of age pay a set flat fee. Consult us for the rate.

Cancellation: administration fee of 3% will be charged, with a minimum of R100

• More than 7 days prior to check-in – full refund (minus admin fees),
• 7- 4 days prior – forfeit 50% of the deposit (minus admin fees),
• up to 3 days prior – forfeit 100% of the deposit,

For operational reasons, we reserve the right to move you to another room of similar standards

In the event of a delayed arrival and/or a premature departure, the full extent of the stay which was originally booked and confirmed, will become payable.

Payment of the deposit or prepayment assumes unconditional agreement to these terms.

It is highly recommend to subscribe to a travel insurance in case of any unforeseen situation.
