Our Guest House or Bed and Breakfast is a beautifully restored example of the Victorian architecture built in 1901. It lies on the slopes of the Devil’s Peak below the Rhodes Memorial in a very quiet, leafy and flowered avenue.

The original stained glass windows, wooden floors and Victorian fireplaces add warmth and ambience, while the modern en-suite bedrooms are well equipped to ensure your comfort.

You will enjoy the peaceful garden, resting on a long chair by the swimming pool.

Carmichael is within walking distance to the University of Cape Town (UCT) and close to Rhodes Memorial, Kirstenbosch Gardens, Groote Schuur Hospital and Newlands Rugby & Cricket Grounds.

The city centre and airport are within 15 minutes by car via easily accessible freeways.
